Auriva Creative Studio was founded on the belief that creativity should feel accessible, meaningful and alive. We create experiences where people can explore art without judgement, pause without guilt and connect without needing to perform.
Meet the Founder
Ingy Mahmoud is an educator, artist and creative facilitator whose work has long centred on expression, communication and the ways people grow through meaningful experiences.
Throughout her years in education, she saw how creativity could make room for things that words and conventional lessons sometimes could not: curiosity without a correct answer, confidence built through discovery and honest connection through shared experience. She also saw how easily people come to believe that art belongs only to those who are naturally talented or professionally trained.
Auriva was created to challenge that belief. Through thoughtfully designed experiences, Ingy brings together the parts of her journey that have always mattered most: teaching, storytelling, reflection, human connection and the freedom to experiment. Her aim is not simply to teach people how to produce art, but to create spaces where they can slow down, remain curious and discover something personal through the act of creating.
Through Auriva, she is bringing creativity beyond the classroom and into everyday life, one experience, one conversation and one unexpected discovery at a time.
The Idea Behind Auriva.
Auriva is built on a simple belief: creativity belongs to everyone.
You do not need formal training, a particular style or a perfect result to gain something meaningful from making art. What matters is the willingness to begin, remain curious and give yourself permission to explore.
Every Auriva experience is designed around three connected ideas. Creating gives thoughts and feelings a form. Reflecting helps us notice what the process brings forward. Transformation does not have to be dramatic. It can be a small shift in perspective, new confidence, a meaningful conversation or simply the feeling of having made room for yourself.
This is what "Create. Reflect. Transform." means at Auriva. It is not pressure to become someone new, but an invitation to reconnect with parts of yourself that everyday life can make easy to overlook.
